[post_content] => In this practice, a lot of importance is attached to a conscious calm breathing; these slowly executed exercises create an immediate rest for body and mind.

Practicing these popular 18 episodes of Tai Chi / Qi Gong is also suitable for people who want to have a balance to the hectic everyday life at the workplace.

Dechen Shak-Dagsay discovered Chinese movement theory and the healing art of Tai Chi and Qi Gong 20 years ago. She was fascinated and decided to train as a teacher with Foen Tjoeng Lie, the famous German living chinese master. Dechen is the eldest daughter of Dagsay Rinpoche, a Tibetan lama, from whom she has also received the transmissions of the healing mantras that she now sings for a worldwide audience.
