The “Ripa Awareness Meditation” method was designed by Dungsey Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche, an authentic master of Tibetan Buddhism of the Ripa lineage, with an international reputation.
It is a simple and effective method that stabilizes the mind by using SHAMATA, a millennial technique that uses breathing to develop “mental calm.” It then introduces aspects of VIPASSANA meditation, or “penetrating vision,” facilitating approaches that liberate the spirit from conceptual fabrication.
Through training, RAM leads to more subtle aspects of the mind, allowing a true exploration of the nature of phenomena and reality.
By welcoming our emotions, our reflections, and the habitual tendencies of our mind as they present themselves, without judgment or rejection, we gain access to a space conducive to a more authentic acceptance of ourselves and others.
Attentive Presence and Mindfulness work together to help us accept life situations as they are, and are the focus of our meditative practice.
For the event, people wishing to eat on site can register for free online pre-bookings to indicate their preferences.
Note that a minimum of 30 people is required to set up a catering service.

Two meals are offered for lunch on November 10 and November 11.
