In this online talk, Matthieu will give a unique testimony on the human mind’s quest for its profound and universal nature on the Buddhist path. He will share with us the inspirations that have shaped his journey, including important insights and practical advice on the practice of meditation and the cultivation of compassion – of special relevance in a world in turmoil.

With his usual wit and warmth, Matthieu will talk about his personal experiences and will lead periods of meditation and discussion. Matthieu is rarely giving talks these days, therefore this will be a rare and precious opportunity to listen to one of the finest and most compassionate minds of our times.

Talk will be in French with translation into German, English and Spanish.
