9:30 Amitayus Long Life Empowerment – This is a Terma (mind treasure) revealed by the Great Terton H.E. Namkha Drimed Rabjam Rinpoche in 2014. This Empowerment is bestowed for the first time in Europe.
14:00 Tibetan Dances : CHAM dances and Lingdro dances
The end of this year’s extensive summer retreat is celebrated with a rare performance of a wide range of genuine Tibetan dances: the Cham masked dances, Dorje Drollo, deer dances and black hat dances are a spiritual offering to the deities, some in peaceful, others in wrathful form – unique and spectacular. The “Lingdro dances” performed by the Swiss group of Tibetan dancers relates the epic of King Gesar. The group of 25 dancers in their colorful traditional costumes invites us to discover the story of the famous sovereign of the kingdom of Ling, a mystic and powerful figure of the Tibetan and Mongolian culture.

Dungsey Lhuntrul Dechen Gyurmey Rinpoche
Lhuntrul Dechen Gyurmey Rinpoche was born, in keeping with Guru Rinpoche’s prophecy, in 1976 as the son of His Eminence Namkha Drimed Rabjam Rinpoche and Khandro Chime Drolkar. He was recognized as the reincarnation of Jigme Tempay Gyeltsen, the 3rd Tamdrin Lhunpo Chogtrul. In conjunction with his recognition, he was enthroned at Namdroling monastery in Mysore amidst an ocean of lamas, tulkus, and monks presided over by Kyabje Drupwang Penor Rimpoche, who bestowed upon him the name Gyurme Thegchog Shedrub Tenpay Gyeltsen.
