We continue with the teachings on the text ‘The Words of My Perfect Teacher’ by Patrul Rinpoche.
This is a classic commentary on the preliminary practices of Longchen Nyingtig (‘The Essence of the Heart of Vast Space’), one of the best known cycles of teachings and a spiritual treasure (terma) of the Nyingmapa school, the oldest tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.

The teachings will be given in situ on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of November in Zaragoza.

Teachings will be given in English with translation into Spanish.

On Sunday 3rd, from 12:00 to 13:15 there will be teachings on ‘Fundamentals of Buddhism’ in situ and online.
