Refuge and Vajrasattva

Accumulations are one of the foundations of the Vajrayana path. All starts with the Ngondro and again and again on the path we take samayas in which we cut through our mental habits and replace them with the training of the wisdom mind by accumulating mantras.

For many of us, it’s not always easy to integrate these practices into our daily lives. To help with this, we are starting the accumulation weekends again this year for all sangha members and newcomers to the Ripa Ngondro, under the precious guidance of our resident lama, Lama Tenzin Phuntsok.

This session puts the focus on Refuge and Vajrasattva,  accumulations.

Timetable:
Friday 18:00 – 19:00
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 -12:00 and 14:00 – 16:30

Costs
The Ngondro accumulation weekends are offered free of charge for Ripa students. Participants express their gratitude and appreciations to the Lama via a free donation, the Dana.
