«Who am I ?» Diving into the vastness of the inner resources

The program was created and written with the guidance of Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche.

Daily program includes:
Program main part
Physical activity
Opening of Buddhism
Creativity
Team building games
And a lot more

On the main part of the program we will have the chance to get to know and feel ourselves more profound. We will see what we consist of and how to care and treat our mind, emotions and body. We will find the importance of the heart and how to rely on it in daily. We will discover what is rest and when we need it.

Discovering Buddhism we will find out what it is and why people follow it. We will play games to experience the law of cause and condition, will discover interdependence, observe the impermanence and find out what we can do for yourselves and for others even without becoming Buddhist.
It surely will be fun!

The program is guided by Olga Zimmerhaeckel, who developed the Yoco programm for Teens in Russia and Jenya Nikiforova, certified trainer of SEE learning©

This full day program is conducted mainly in English and German, but please pre-register IN ANY CASE your kids here below – we will try to adapt the languages once we know what is needed. 🙂

Price per Teen: CHF/ € 125 .-

As of 2 teens (same family) 82.- CHF/ € per Pers.

For accommodation and food, special rates apply:
0 – 5 years: free of charge (accommodation with the parents)
6 – 10 years: 30 % of regular price (accommodation with the parents)
11 – 15 years: 50% of regular price (accommodation with the parents)
As of 16 years full price
