Lectures on the basics of Buddhism – in English
13.15: Everyone is invited to join the potluck, enjoy the meal together and socialise.

On site in presence of Lama Tenzin at the RIC Gompa (Shrineroom) and Online (in English)
These teachings are Dana based (participants offer what they can and want to the teacher)
