RIPA Retreat – summer 2020

According to the teachings of the Buddha, emotions are a fundamental part of who we are, an expression of our basic intelligence and our creative energy.
Connecting to the essence of our emotions – without judgment or repression – helps release their powerful, creative energy and respond in a wise and constructive manner to everyday situations.

According to the Vajrayana Buddhist path, it is said that once transformed, emotions are the very essence of wisdom and compassion.

During this teaching weekend, Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche will present different tools that the Buddhist path offers for working with emotions.
